SUCCESS WITH SEEDS

Come along to this hands-on workshop to learn tips and techniques that will help you to raise healthy flowers and vegetables from seed.

With a good grounding in theory as well as plenty of time to have a go at practical tasks, this workshop will demystify the process of growing plants from seed.

We'll cover:

• What seeds to sow and when

• Understanding seed packets

• Pricking out and transplanting seedlings

• Correct watering

• Growing on seedlings for healthy plants

• Getting excellent results with peat-free compost

• Avoiding common pitfalls
